Attendees pay for their own charges
It’s about time for some holiday cheer so your Board has arranged for and is inviting all members to attend a luncheon get-together at Remington’s (located at The Bridges golf course in Montrose) on Thursday, December 14 at 11am.

How nice it will be to meet face to face, get caught up and then hear and share thoughts on issues of importance to you. As you are well aware, 2024 is destined to be a truly crucial year, pivotal and quite unlike any others, with both social and political consequences. Thus, it will be a time when the rational nonpartisan voice of the League of Women Voters will be exceptionally vital to the voters across our country. We, the League, play such an important role in educating voters on ballot issues that affect our local communities, our states and our nation, encouraging them to vote, and ensuring them that every vote counts. Our country needs us!!!

The chef has requested that we offer a choice of four meals and get the orders to him ahead of time so he can have them pre-prepared and ready for us to enjoy.  The choices and prices are as follows:

     Caesar Salad $13.00 
     Cobb Salad $18.00
     Bridges Burger $17.00
     Hot Turkey Sandwich $16.00

Sandwiches come with a choice of sides:
French fries, sweet potato fries, tater tots, onion rings or side salad.

And, PLEASE do attend and spend a couple of pleasant hours meeting new members, reconnecting with those you haven’t seen in a while, eating a tasty lunch, and sharing your thoughts on our efforts in the upcoming year. We need you!!!
